The Hillsborough Artists Cooperative, founded in 1992, is upstairs over Antonia's Restaurant. Studio artists are Jayne Bomberg and Tom Guthrie (The Studio of Collective Effervescence), Jennifer E. Miller, Andrea DeGette, Jacquelin Liggins, and Tiffney Marley, and Calvin Brett.

The Skylight Gallery presents “The Playful Pet Exhibit” unique houses, hideaways, and teepees for cats, ferrets, rats and small agile dogs and  other creations by R. Dean and Nadine Warner.  Artists reception on May 25 from 6 – 9 pm.  Additional hours on May 26 from 12 – 4 pm.

“Mystic Chords” featuring painters Chris Graebner and Jude Lobe and jeweler Mirinda Kossoff.  Works are inspired by a quote from Abraham Lincoln’s First Inaugural Address, in which Lincoln referred to the “mystic chords of memory,” which he hoped would bind a fractured nation together.   The show runs May 21 through June 24.  Opening reception on May 25 from 6 – 9 pm.

It is recommended that you drive to this location. Take West King Street, go left on South Nash Street and the Depot will be on your right. There is plenty of parking across from the Depot.

“Musaic Mosaics” featuring glass mosaics with a musical theme by Justin Johnson and Nikki Jaeger.  The show runs May 6 through June 4.  Artists reception on May 25 from 6 – 9 pm with a special performance by award-winning instrumentalist, Justin Johnson beginning at 8:30 pm.
